How long will it take to receive my order? |
Our Daily Scheduled Shipping Cut-Off Time is 3:30pm Pacific Standard Time. If your transaction is not a backorder and is completed before the Cut-Off time, your order will ship on the same day - otherwise it will ship on the next business day.
LCL Beauty ships everything via Federal Express. Below is a map that will give you an idea of how long your order will take to arrive.
Please Note: Shipping Time excludes weekends and holidays. The shipping and processing day does not count toward the transit period.

Who Manufactures your Machines and Furniture? |
All of our items are private label manufactured for LCL Beauty from our manufacturing company in Guangzhou, China (Canton) with the model name "PRO".
We have been working with our manufacturer for over 20 years with great success, which is why we stand behind all of our equipment with a full 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Compare this against the industry-common 90-day warranty of our competitors. |
Do you ship to any international destinations? |
Due to different international shipping logistics and governmental duties, LCL Beauty only ships to locations within the Continental United States.
For US orders, we cannot ship to international addresses and, we cannot ship to P.O Boxes or APO addresses. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska requires shipping charges be applied. We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands. |
Do you offer bulk-discounts or multi-item purchase discounts? |

What Voltage are your Machines? |
All LCL Beauty machines are 110v with grounded three-prong standard American plugs. The machines do not come equipped with a built-in power converter so if you are planning on using it in a country with 220v electricity outlets, you will need to purchase a separate transformer. |
Does your facial machines come with an Instructional DVD or User Guide? |
With the purchase of our facial machines, LCL Beauty provides an electronic full color user guide with pictures and step-by-step instructions on how to perform treatments, and how to use and care for the machine.
For your convenience, we also provide tips, tricks of the trade, and treatment technique guidelines.
Of Special Note: Our user guides are written in plain, easy to understand English – not poorly translated photocopied sheets of paper like you will get from most companies in the market. |
