Product Warranty Guidelines
LCL Beauty guarantees all our products will be free of defects and damages upon delivery and shall include all intended and necessary parts or pieces for each item. In addition, LCL Beauty guarantees all products will perform as advertised on the individual description for each item. Unless specifically stated in the item description, all our products have a 1 year warranty. If your item breaks due to a defect, we will repair it free of charge. In rare instances, items may arrive with missing screws or other parts. In these instances LCL Beauty will take all necessary action to supply these missing parts. Damage due to product modifications and inappropriate or untrained use by the customer will void our warranty. LCL Beauty is not responsible for revenue loss due to downtime required for repair or replacement.
If a client receives an item that does not conform to our guarantee, the client is responsible for providing written or verbal notice to LCL Beauty so we may rectify the issue by repair or replacement of parts or entire item depending on the consultation of our staff of highly trained technicians. Complete correction of any issue brought forth by the client shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of LCL Beauty in regards to the quality and advertisement of the products.
Our electronic appliances, which include but are not limited to: facial machines, electric chairs, beds, signs and lights are covered for a period of one year. Failure or damage resulting from misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, natural disasters, power surges, mishandling or tampering, or improper maintenance are also conditions not covered. Warranty does not include replacement bulbs, any glass pieces, consumables such as filters, nor does it cover normal wear-and-tear.
Unless explicitly noted in the product description, for all remaining products, the warranty is valid for one year. The warranty becomes active once the item or items ship from our warehouse. After the warranty expiration date, customers may still contact LCL Beauty for service work but will be charged for parts and a nominal fee for labor. LCL Beauty reserves the right to fulfill the warranty at our own discretion. This may include sending parts for repair or complete replacement of goods according to the policies set forth in the warranty. It is the client’s responsibility and not LCL Beauty, to contact and return damaged products directly to us for repair or replacement. Customers within the are responsible for shipping the item to our service department. Any and all shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and shall not be reimbursed by LCL Beauty. Any labor or repair of all returned products does not renew or extend the warranty.
Warranty coverage is only in effect for merchandise that is utilized within the boundaries of the lower 48 Continental United States.Customers outside the continental United States requesting warranty coverage are responsible for all shipping coststo and from the customer's location to our warranty center for the entire warranty period. “This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties and conditions, except the warranty of title. LCL Beauty disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied, including any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
As stated above: Customers are responsible for shipping the item to our service department. Any and all shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and shall not be reimbursed by LCL Beauty.

This may include misprints, omissions or occasional inaccuracies. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your like-new condition product within 30 days of original purchase date to LCL Beauty for a no hassles refund of your purchase price. To ensure this, LCL Beauty has a no-hassle return policy within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Please carefully read and follow the guidelines below for your return to ensure a prompt and full refund of your purchase price. After 30 days our merchandise falls under the LCL Beauty Product Warranty terms and conditions.
If you have an item that for safety and health reasons cannot be repackaged, you may be charged a restocking fee to account for these parts. This includes but is not limited to:

Skin Care Product Return Policy
Due to strict safety and hygiene policies as well as the highly personal nature of the skin care products we sell, we are unable to accept any returns on skin care products purchased from LCL Beauty.
Bottles Damaged in Shipping:
LCL Beauty strives to ensure properly sealed packaging when shipping our products however in rare instances, transit damage may occur.
When your order arrives, immediately inspect each individual bottle for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the content(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 425.388.9988 Please provide the order information along with your email address and shipping zip code for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
When purchasing bulk quantities, please open each case to verify all individual bottles arrived safely and undamaged. If you are unable to verify safe shipment, make sure a representative can do so for you. After 48 hours from delivery date, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for skin care products.
If you wish to return your merchandise within 30 days of your original date of purchase, simply review the refund prerequisites and then follow the steps below:
Prerequisites for Product Return for Full Refund:
- Item must be in brand-new condition.If freight damage occurred during shipping you must call within 24 hours of receipt to notify LCL Beauty so we can follow up a claim with the shipping carrier. If the product has been used or shows sign of wear and tear, product return will incur a restocking fee.
- Item must be returned in the original packaging. Save your original packaging after opening. LCL Beauty cannot offer a full refund without our original factory packaging.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to our service & returns department. Any and all shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and shall not be reimbursed by LCL Beauty
Steps to return an item:
- Call or email LCL Beauty to let us know you are returning your item, and the reason for return
- Contact a Representative to obtain an LCL Beauty Return Authorization Form
- Print and fill out the return form and include this in the box with your return merchandise
- Place your like-new condition merchandise back in the original factory packaging and seal the box
- Place the completed Return Authorization Form in the box
- Ship it back to LCL Beauty at the address below using the carrier of your choice (customer is responsible for all return shipping charges). We strongly recommend you insure your return shipment. Any return transit damage during shipping may incur a restocking fee
Important Note: LCL Beauty strongly recommends you ship your return with insurance using a reputable carrier. If there is any damage to the item upon return, we reserve the right to refuse refund, or to assess a restocking/repair fee to be subtracted from your return amount. LCL Beauty will not be responsible for damage during return shipment. It is the responsibility of the sender to file a damage claim with their chosen carrier.
Once LCL Beauty receives your return, our trained technicians will open the box to ensure all parts are included and condition is like-new. Upon verification we will issue a 100% full refund of your purchase price. All refunds are applied to the same payment method used in the original purchase.
All transit damage must be reported to LCL Beauty within 24 hours. If damage is visible on delivery, please refuse shipment and contact us at (425) 388-9988 or email us via our website contact form.
