We ship most of our orders via Federal Express Ground service. For very small items we ship via USPS Registered Mail, and occasionally larger orders will be shipped via Freight Carrier Shipping.

Our Daily Scheduled Shipping Cut-Off Time is 1pm Pacific Standard Time. If your transaction is not a backorder and is completed before the cut-off time, your order will ship on the same day - otherwise it will ship on the next business day.

• Shipping Time excludes weekends and holidays. The shipping and processing day does not count toward the transit period
• Shipping time estimates do not take into account local depot logistics, prohibitive weather conditions, or other acts of God

• The map above is a general representation of transit times for FEDEX Ground shipments. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations. For specific transit time information from one ZIP/Postal code to another, please refer to FEDEX Ground Service at Get Rates & Transit Times to get a clearer picture for your zip code.
• FEDEX Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). FEDEX Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
• Example: A package shipped via FEDEX Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday

All our items are shipped via FEDEX Ground, which allows for 1-7 work days delivery time. We do not offer free shipping on expedited orders. Due to the fact that most of our equipment is larger, quite often the price quote from the carrier to expedite shipping is cost prohibitive. For example, a standard styling chair we sell for $119 costs $362 to overnight ship. If you are still interested in expedited shipping costs, please call our offices during normal business hours and a representative can obtain the quote for you from Federal Express. Please be aware, any expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

Due to different international shipping logistics and governmental duties, we do not ship to any destinations outside of the Continental United States.

We ship to physical address locations within the Lower 48 contiguous continental United States only. We cannot ship to post office boxes, APO addresses, nor can we ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or any other US territories and protectorates.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska require additional shipping charges be applied. If you are interested in shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please call our offices during normal business hours for a shipping quote.

Yes, but all orders shipped to freight forwarders for export outside of the Continental United States must be paid in full via bank wire before the shipment leaves our warehouse.

All of our electrical appliances are 110v with grounded standard American plugs. The machines do not come equipped with a built-in power converter so if you are planning on using it in a country with 220v electricity outlets, you will need to purchase a separate transformer. It is important to note that bringing your device outside of the continental USA and usage through a transformer voids all warranty coverage.
